At Hillcrest Hide Away we aim to provide a comfortable place for you to take a break from every day life. With that in mind, we have the following policies:
1. Our cat Missy, will feel sad if she thinks she is not the queen of the house, so we cannot provide lodging for any pets. Missy roams the first floor public areas but will never be on the second floor or in guest rooms. Dogs can be boarded at Lanesboro Dog Service at (507)467-2794. They can also be reached through debfogal@acegroup.cc
2. Children under age 12 may stay in certain situations. Please call us for more information.
3. There is a charge of $15 for each additional person in your room. All basic room prices are based on double occupancy.
4. Check in time is from 3-7PM. Please call us if you are going to be arriving after that time. Check out time is 11AM.
5. A deposit of $50 or a credit card number is required to reserve your room. Cancellations made 7 or less days from the reserved date will incur a nonrefundable $25 charge.
6. Continental breakfasts can be served your sleeping room when requested the night before your stay. An additional fee of $10 will be charged.
7. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the Hillcrest Hide Away property.
8. We expect guests to respect the privacy of the hosts and the guests in the house.
9. When you refer someone to us, and they mention it when making their reservation, we will reduce the charge for YOUR next visit by $10.
10. Please let us know if you are in full time Christian ministry. We will send a brochure to you outlining our special considerations for you and your staff.
11. Gift certificates are available for the amount of your choice. They will be honored for 1 year from the issued date.

Carol grew up hearing “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!”. So breakfast is important to her and she wants you to savor it! She even has her own little cookbook that you may purchase if you want some of her recipes.
Bread is our specialty at Hillcrest Hide-Away. Your day begins with freshly baked bread delivered in a basket to your door while it is still warm. Pre-breakfast beverages (coffee, etc.) are available at this time as well.
Breakfast is a delicious meal with fruit, breads, and a main entrée. Entrées may include a baked peach pancake, Breakfast Croissants, or one of Carol’s many other favorite recipes. For those who prefer a lighter breakfast, cereal and granola is always available.
Carol is happy to accommodate your special dietary needs. Just let her know when making your reservation.
A continental breakfast can be brought to your room for an additional $10 fee when requested the night before it is desired. |
